Ivan “Yogi” Gisclair Sr., 85, a native and resident of Galliano, Louisiana, died Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014.
Mr. Gisclair was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
He is survived by his sons, Phillip (Mary), Sherman (Merlene) and Ivan (Kathray) Gisclair Jr.; daughters, Margaret Sykes, Mona Rae (Willie) Curole, Jodylynn (Kevin) Townsley and Tracey (Timmy) Vedros; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Patty Callais and Saraphine Eymard.
Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. today at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galliano. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano.
