Arceneaux brings more than 40 years of experience in finance, operations and strategic growth across the business community. Most recently, he served as president of Capitol City Produce, where he led the company through a period of significant expansion before retiring in March 2025.

To bridge the budget gap, lawmakers pieced together a solution using a mix of cuts, delayed spending and the discovery of unspent or underutilized funds tucked away in various agencies.

Trahan brings 25 years of industry experience to this role, including planning and managing 250 miles of pipeline installations in the Gulf of America and over 150 miles of pipeline recovery throughout his career. This role marks Trahan’s return to Morrison, having previously been with the company from 2005–2019.

“As we look to improve the way we treat patients with hypertension, CIS and Terrebonne General are interested in utilizing the latest technological innovations that meet the needs of patients and physicians,” said Dr. Finn. “For people with hypertension, medication and/or lifestyle changes can help reduce blood pressure, but studies have shown that many people still don’t have control over this condition."
