Mr. and Mrs. Nicholls 2024

Congratulations to the 2024 Mr. and Ms. Nicholls, Grant Rebstock and Katie Louviere!

 

Grant Rebstock is a Senior from Larose, Louisiana majoring in Biology with a Pre-Medicine concentration. Throughout his past three years at Nicholls, Grant has been active in a variety of student organizations on campus. He currently serves as President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Chief Justice and Social Media Specialist of the Student Government Association, Vice President of the University Honors Program, Public Relations for the Pre-Professional Medical Association, and Co-Vice President of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
Grant has previously worked as a tutor in the Bridge to Independence program on campus and served as Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society Vice President and Beta Sigma lota Public Relations Chair. He also holds memberships in Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, Tri-Beta Biology Honor Society, Psychology Club, Circle K, and a variety of university committees and councils. He was a member of the 2023 Homecoming Court and a 2023 Colonel Leaders and Scholars Award recipient. Grant also conducts research in the Biology department on campus. After graduation, Grant plans to attend medical school to continue his education.

Katie Louviere is a Junior from Cut Off, Louisiana majoring in Nursing. Throughout her time at Nicholls State University, Katie has been an active member and leader of numerous organizations on campus. She currently serves as the President of Phi Mu, President of Circle K International, President of Colonels for Life, Vice President of the Greek Council, Secretary of the Honors Program, Historian for the Nicholls Association of Student Nurses, and Election Commissioner of the Student Government Association.

 

Katie is also an active member of Colonel Catholics, Panhellenic Association, Phi Eta Sigma, and Alpha Lambda Delta. Katie has been recognized as the 2023 Homecoming Queen and is a Colonel Leader and Scholars recipient. Katie is very thankful for all of the opportunities that Nicholls has given her throughout the past 3 years.
