Tri-parishes ready to celebrate freedom

Brenda Guidry Dantin, 60, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and a resident of Cut Off, La., died Friday, July 3, at 9:55 a.m.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Dantin; mother, Jane Hebert Guidry; son, Jeremy Dantin Sr.; daughters, Gina Dantin Lombas and husband Laine, and Stacy Dantin Barthelemy and husband Jason; sisters, Carolyn G. Bruce, Dawn G. Montz, Elizabeth G. Hoffman and Rebecca G. Tumminello; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Logan Guidry; son, Gary Dantin Jr.; brother, Donald Guidry; and sister, Gail Guidry.
She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off.
Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
