Charles “Chuck” John Mesman III, 67, a native of New Orleans, La., and lifelong resident of Kenner, La., died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, after a three-year battle with lung cancer.
Mr. Mesman attended school in Houma, La., at St. Francis de Sales Boy’s School. He was employed for more than 30 years at HUG-Condon Moving and Storage Company where he worked in sales and office management.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Cadiere Mesman; children, John, Timothy (Peggy) and Glenn (Elayne) Mesman, and Michelle (Ronnie) Riggin; seven grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends; and his loving aunt, Margie Hynes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elva and Charles J. Mesman Jr.; and one brother, Gregory G. Mesman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are preferred to the American Cancer Society, 2605 River Road, Jefferson, LA 70121.
