Della Marie Guidry, 88, a native and resident of Larose, La. died Saturday, February 9, 2008 at 7:10 p.m.
She is survived by her sons, Darrell J. Guidry Sr., Dale Guidry, Keith Paul Guidry and Kim Michael Guidry; daughter, Marilyn G. Ledet; 18 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilcliff J. Guidry Sr.; her parents, Antoine Richoux and Amanda Orgeron Richoux; sons, Wilcliff Jr., Joseph and Anthony Guidry; brothers, Whitney, Forest and Herbert Richoux; and sisters, Amy Cantrelle, Regina Toups, Odette Galliano and Eloise Ougel.
Della was a member of the Ladies Altar Society, the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary and Catholic Social Ministries. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church.
Memorial donations can be made to Catholic Social Services.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of the arrangements.
