Grilletta Florence, 90, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 4:13 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011.
Ms. Florence retired after many years of service with the U.S. Corps of Engineers in New Orleans.
She is survived by her brother, Jake Grilletta; and sister, Elizabeth “Betty” Landry.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joachim and Florence Crifasi Grilletta; three brothers, Stephen, Gus and Frank Grilletta; and two sisters, Mary Zeringue and Esther Martin.
She is buried at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Metairie, La. (Landry’s)
