Rita Bergeron Lajaunie, 88, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014.
Mrs. Lajaunie was a parishioner of St. Gregory Parish.
She is survived by her daughter, Rosalind Dockery; sons, Thomas (Denise), Hilton (Patty) and Bernard (Melissa) Lajaunie; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anidas Lajaunie; parents, Ernest and Aline Bergeron; brothers, Ernest and Irvin Bergeron; sisters, Josephine Lirette, Julianne Trahan, Bessie Sapia, Rena Hebert, Hilda Eschete and Daisy Bergeron.
Burial is at Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery. (Falgout)
