Chester Joseph East, 70, a native Bayou Blue and a resident of Houma, passed away on February 24, 2022.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia East; daughters, Stephanie Marcel and husband Ronald, and Jennifer Long and husband James; grandchildren, Anthony Marcel, Aaron Marcel, Shawn East, Kylie Naquin, and Blake East; brothers, Kenneth East and Edward Melancon; and niece, Tammy MeLancon.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Melancon; sisters, Evelyn Melancon and Victoria Kell; niece, Amanda Melancon
