Robert “Bob” Hatch, 82, born September 17, 1942 a native of Thibodaux, Louisiana and resident of Bourg, Louisiana passed away on November 9, 2024.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Selma Hatch; daughters, Melissa Busch and husband Brian Busch, Erin Hatch and fiancé Jamie Lirette, and Addy Domangue and husband Troy Domangue; grandchildren, Chase Jones and fiancé Courtney Gautreaux, Julia and Daniel Busch, and Aiden and Trista Domangue; great-grandchildren, Harper and Cole Jones; brother, Johnny Hatch; and sisters, Evelyn Birdsong and Mary Hatch.
He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Hatch; parents, Ira and Margaret Hatch; brother, LeRoy Hatch; and sisters, Phylis Hebert, Barbara Jean Savoie, and Cheryl Dugas.
Bob was a good father and husband. He worked for South LA-Seed for forty-five years. He loved gardening, fishing, and could do any home repair. He was a strong man who fought a lot of health issues without complaint and is finally at peace. He loved the Lord and was strong in his faith.
The family would like to thank everyone who showed Bob compassion and cared for him.
A private memorial service will be held for close friends and family at a later date.
