Art After Dark returns to downtown Houma this Friday

Sheila Ann Allen Frederick, 66, a native of Gray and resident of Houma, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, on November 12, 2024 at AMG Specialty Hospital.
She is survived by her partner, Lester Andrews; daughter, Brandi Pierre (Adam Jr.); sons, Christopher Frederick and Matthew Frederick (Cassandra); siblings, Terry Allen (Tanya) and Patrick Allen; nephews, Blye Allen (Kacy) and Devyn Allen (Maggie); aunts, Clara Capello and Maudry Dupuy; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Samuel, Sophia, Madison, and Kameryn; godchild, Crystal Guidry; and many cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pat Lester Allen and Hazel Albarado Allen; paternal grandparents, Pat Lester Allen Sr. and Dovey Allen; maternal grandparents, Walter and Palmire Albarado; brother, Carey Allen; and fur baby, Ruby.
Sheila loved nothing more than spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, loved listening to music and watching her TV shows, and always welcomed anyone in her home and treated them like family.
