Stephen Paul Pitre, age 65, passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025. He was a native and resident of Houma, La.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 12:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM.
Stephen is survived by his wife, Wanda Toups Pitre; son, Jason Pitre; granddaughters, Alexis, Amberly, and Kyla Pitre; brothers, Philip, Ray Jr., and Jerry Pitre; sisters, Debbie Daigle, Robbie Belanger, Lisa Smith, and Dody Pitre; and numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews; big thanks to his dawg, Roberta Connally.
Preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Dorina Ledet Pitre; brothers, Lenny and David Pitre; in-laws, Francis and Loretta Toups.
Stephen was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He loved helping others any chance he got. Stephen enjoyed being outdoors, cooking and above all spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for future expenses.
