September 22, 2011Myrnel Marie Guidry, 64, a native and resident of Grand Isle, La., died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011.
She is survived by her sons, Deacon Guidry and Robert Hickox; daughter, Rebecca Curole; brother, Dale Honeycut; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nelson and Myrtle Guidry; brother, Douglas Guidry; and sisters, Bobbi Bradberry and Gail Emmanuel.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22 at Our Lady of the Isle Church in Grand Isle with services to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
