Blake P. Hebert, a native of Buras and a resident of Houma, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at the age of 65.
A Memorial Mass will be scheduled at a later time.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Debbie S. Hebert; son, Scott M. Hebert (Liz); grandchildren, Kieran E. Hebert (fiancé Hunter M. Clement) and Kylan M. Hebert; mother, Eula D. Hebert; brother, Terrel Hebert (Karen); and sisters, Sandra Byford (Charlie), Myra Breaux (Terry), Philana Hebert, and Tressy Hamilton (Jeff).
He was preceded in death by his father, Myron Hebert, Sr.; and brother, Myron Hebert, Jr.
Blake will forever be remembered for the love he had for his family and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
