Behind basin restoration, Maloz leads
October 27, 2011Darren Hebert, 46, a resident of Lafourche Parish, La., died Monday, Oct. 17, 2011.
Mr. Hebert was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle. He was a veteran of the Gulf War, Assistant Fire Chief for the Lafourche Crossing 308 Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the Thibodaux Home, Hook & Ladder Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife, Angie Hebert; daughter, Alysa Hebert; son, Derek Hebert; parents, Ronnie and Carolyn Hebert; brother, Douglas Hebert; sisters, Mary Vedros, Monica Trosclair, Vickie (Jerry) Chaisson, Tonya Hebert and Stacey (Terry) Bergeron; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Odette Sevin and Joseph and Rose Hebert.
Burial was at St Joseph Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
