T’bonne’s westside expansion progresses for traffic

October 13, 2011Adeline Lirette Pierron, 94, a native of Dulac, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 2:05 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce (Robert) Foret, Virginia Detiveau, Shirley (Buddy) Callahan and Patricia Domangue; sons, Leroy (Olivia), Micheal (Barbara), Al (Monica) and Albert Jr. (Loretta) Pierron; stepdaughter, Mabel Blanchard; 29 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; 29 great-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Pierron Sr.; parents, James and Elizabeth Lirette; daughter, Mary Boquet; sons, Alvin, Ray, Terry, Wade and Mark Pierron; stepson, Minus Pierron; brothers, Anthony, Wilfred, Herman and Francis Lirette; sisters, Antoinette Robichaux, Gladys Carlos and Violet LeBoeuf; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Dulac with mass to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Samart)
