Why?

They knocked us out of the playoffs in both my eighth grade and freshman seasons at Vandebilt.

Best sporting achievement

When my teammates and I won the State Championship last season. That was a special time and something that my teammates and I will never forget.

Future plans: Zachary signed a National Letter of Intent to play soccer at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi.

Credentials: Vandebilt Catholic senior Zachary Breaux is pretty good at soccer. Nah, scratch that. He’s very, very good – one of the best teenagers in our area. A multi-year letterman for the dominant Terriers, Breaux is about to wrap his playing days in Houma – a career he hopes will end in another state title. Breaux will continue to play past the college level, as he’s a college signee who will play for the next four seasons at Delta State in Mississippi.
