Michael John “Big Daddy” Bourgeois, 38, a native of Thibodaux, La., and a resident of Cut Off, La., died Friday, September 5, at 10:56 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Molly Herrin Bourgeois; mother, Louise Lehman Bourgeois; son, Bennett Bourgeois, daughter, Madelyn Bourgeois; brothers, Jimmy, David, Andy, Pat and Ben Bourgeois; and sisters, Mary Brown and Carolyn Pitre.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Bourgeois.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 10, at Community Bible Church in Cut Off with a religious service to follow. He will be buried at Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano, La.
Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of the arrangements.
