Martha Flakes

Martha Flakes, 82, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, May 21, 2011.

Mrs. Flakes was a member of Moses Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Glynn (Mary) Flakes; and sisters, Louella Rhodes, Mercedes Winston and Mary Louise Williams.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jules Sr. and Elizabeth Flakes; brothers, Lawrence, Raymond Sr., Jules Jr. and Eddie Flakes; sisters, Dorothy Davis and Eula Pearl Reado; and grandparents, Martha and Lawrence Brown.

She is buried at Moses Baptist Church Cemetery No. 2. (Kennedy)
