December 23, 2011Johnell Johnson, 60, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011.
Ms. Johnson was a member of New Rising Sun Baptist Church. She was a custodian.
She is survived by her son, Kawina Allen; brothers, Earl Sr. (Marilyn), Clarence (Rosa Lee), Richard (Amanda) and Ivory Johnson; and sisters, Sandy Simms and Sherry Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Wildred Johnson; sisters, Beatrice Smith and Yvonne Johnson; and grandparents, Frank and Fannie Bell, Thomas and Clara Johnson and Frank and Beulah Watson.
Burial was at Southdown Cemetery. (Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne)
