LSU offers Thibodaux standout a scholarship

Elizabeth “Betty” Vale Waguespack, 80, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died on Sunday, January 8, 2017.
Mrs. Waguespack loved her family and friends and she extended her care to others through a long nursing career.
She is survived by her sons, Kevin (Tamara) and Steven (Shelley) Waguespack; sister, Kathleen Thompson; and six grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Philip Catholic Church Cemetery in Vacherie.
