Roxanna Duplantis

Roxanna Theresa Usie Duplantis, 63, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Montegut, La., died at 9:50 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2016.

Mrs. Duplantis was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She worked for the Terrebonne Parish School Board for more than 20 years. She also served as a Montegut voting commissioner.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Terry Duplantis Sr.; children, Terry Jr. (Aimee), Obin (Kala) and Jade (Lacy) Duplantis; four grandchildren; brother, Amos (Lona) Usie Jr.; sisters, Evelyn Glynn and Maxine (Eddie) Landry; and pet, Jacy Mae.

Interment is in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery.
