November 15, 2010Patsy LeCompte, 68, a native of Jonesboro, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010.
She is survived by her husband, Ronnie LeCompte; sons, Bryan and Jammie (Renee) LeCompte; daughters, Juanita (Henry) Thibodaux and Melinda (Nolan) Schouest; brother, John Hays; half-brother, Joel Walsworth; half-sister, Nancy Carlson; 11 grandchildren, Krissy, Morgen and Derrick LeCompte, Brandon and Brent Martin, Heather Adams, Lacy LeCompte, Dillon Hebert, Amber Rose LeBoeuf, Hailey Hebert and Lane LeCompte; one great-grandson; one great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Martin; brother-in-law, Beuvens (Beverly) LeCompte Jr.; sister-in-law, Christina (Ridgeley) Canty; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her biological father, Guy Walsworth; her biological mother, Mattie Mae Anders; her adoptive father, Sams Hays; her adoptive mother, Myrtle Anders Jones; her father-in-law, Beuvens LeCompte Sr.; and her mother-in-law, Irene Dupre LeCompte.
