Feds provide grant to close GIWW breaches

Ms. Mary Ailene James, 50, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009.
She is survived by her daughter, Megan Falgout; sister, Julie (Dean) Falgout; brother, Michael W. James; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Wilma Hebert James.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, at Chauvin Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
