Douglas Albert Baker Sr., 73, a native of Wheatridge, Colorado and resident of Bayou Dularge, died on December 13, 2017.
Mr. Baker is survived by his sons, Douglas A. Baker Jr. and wife Janet and Allen L. Baker and wife Delia; sister, Judy Betts; grandchildren, Ashley Baker Brumfield and husband Joshua, Amber Baker, Matthew Baker, and Austin Baker; and great grandchildren, John Paul, Marie and Benedict. Douglas is also survived by his loving companion Annie LeCompte.
He proudly served in the United States Coast Guard. His passions were his family, church and fishing. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
