Morris DeHart

Morris DeHart Morris “Dukey” DeHart, Jr., 70, a native of Houma and res ident of Theriot, died on November 13, 2017.

Mr. DeHart is survived by his daughter, Kayla Frickey (Bradley); grandson, Gunner Frickey; sisters, Shirley Daisy (Allen Marcel), Mary Ellen Lovell (Buddy), Kathy McElroy (George Jr.), Serina Theriot (Danny); and brothers, Danny DeHart Sr. (Cheryl), Leslie “DD-Boy” DeHart (Raelyn), Corey DeHart (Robin) He was a loving father, pawpaw, brother, and friend to many. He never was a stranger to anyone he met and always had a smile.

He was a commercial fisherman for 56 years and worked for Buddy Daisy. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. (Samart)
