Edmond “Lemon” Rodrigue, 82, a native of Larose, La., and a resident of Cut Off, La., died Monday, September 08, at 1 a.m.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Guidry Rodrigue; son, Bernie Rodrigue and wife Jennie; daughters, Phyllis Rogers and husband Wayne, and Maureen Waguespack and husband Joey; brothers, Rolen and Lester Rodrigue; sister, Gertie Hebert; and grandchildren, Joshua Waguespack, Jane’e Rogers and Heidi and Kyle Rodrigue.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edmond and Elda Rodrigue; brothers, Raymond “Fats”, Woodrow “By-Joe” and Earl Rodrigue; and sister, Bernice Matherne.
He was a member of the KC Council 3150 for 50 years and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bayou Region Hospice, 195 Corporate Dr., Houma, La. 70360.
Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 9, at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano, La., and 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday, September 10, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with services to follow. He will be buried at Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano.
