South Lafourche hires new coaches

James Osburn Modisette, 82, a native of Haynesville, La., and resident of Gray, La., died Monday, May 25, 2015.
Mr. Modisette was retired from Louisiana Land and Exploration Co. since 1987 and was a member and deacon at First Baptist Church of Houma. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and a skilled woodworker.
He is survived by his, daughters, Marr (Willard Cagle) Shan, Cidney (Timmy) Ordoyne and Darcee (Russell) Bex; brother, Robert (JoAnn) Modisette; sister, Joan (Ralph) Mc-Ginnis; brother-in-law: Charles Wayne Crump, nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to LA Baptist Children’s Home in Monroe.
Burial is at Shady Grove Cemetery. (Chauvin)
