Authorities say 18-year-old charged for sexual contact with 15-year-old

An 18-year-old Houma man is in custody of the Houma Police – accused of having illegal sexual contact with a 15 year old girl.

On Jan. 16, 2018, HPD’s Investigative Services Division conducted a follow up investigation in reference to a carnal knowledge of a juvenile complaint that had been made on Jan. 12.

During investigation, authorities learned that Corey Fatheree, 18, had sexual contact with a 15-year-old female.

Authorities believe the contact was consensual.

The suspect was located and charged with one count of misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
