
Matthew 25 rallies to thank the Guard

May 31, 2011Jeffrey A. Blanchard, 75, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, May 23, 2011.
Mr. Blanchard was the longtime owner and operator of Houma Body and Fender. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He is already and will be greatly missed by all who were a part of his life.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Blanchard; sons, Jeffrey (Jasmine) and Albert (Vicky) Blanchard, Randy (Angela) Cox and Denny (Jennifer) Billiot; daughters, Lisa and Sara Blanchard, Joann Parfait, Helen Littleton and Michelle Martin; brothers, Alvin Sr., Horace (Lorena) and Gary (Bonnie) Blanchard; 21 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family, friends, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Virginia Blanchard; one grandson, Quentin Kingen; and three sisters, Pearl Whitney Guy, Mae Duplantis and Theresa Naquin. (Falgout)
