Ronald Cantrelle

Ronald J. Cantrelle, 77, a native of Cut Off, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died Friday, April 10, 2015.

A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Cantrelle was the owner, builder and manager of apartment rentals. He loved spending time with family, going to the casino, traveling and was an avid LSU and Saints fan. He will be remembered for his wonderful gumbo and homemade ice cream.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Claudelle B. Cantrelle; son, Kevin Cantrelle; daughter, Kellie (Gerald) Gros; brothers, James (Leona), Richard (Elsie) and Phillip (Dawn) Cantrelle; and four grandchildren.

Burial is at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church Cemetery.
