Joseph Jeffery “Jack” Hutchinson, 87, a native Bourg, La., and resident of Pointe-Aux-Chenes, La., died at 3:15 pm on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
Mr. Hutchinson served in World War II and retired from Texaco. He was a fisherman, beekeeper, gardener and owner of Hutchinson Greenhouse Nursery.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Gaynelle Blanchard Hutchinson; sons, Robert (Elaine), Joey (Monica), Timothy, Jeffery (Ellen) and Angelo (Melissa) Hutchinson; daughters, Pamela (Roy) Taylor, Christine (Glenn) Martin, Vanessa (Kim) Voisin and Patricia (Jeffrey) Fatchett; brother, Anthony; 26 grandchildren; and 56 great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Mausoleum in Pointe-Aux-Chenes.
