Frank "Jay-do" Brown III

Frank “Jay-do” Brown III, 58, a native of Lafourche Parish, La., and a resident of Thibodaux, La., died Wednesday, Sept. 2.

He is survived by four sisters, Lois, Darlene and Cora Brown, and Linda Duncan and husband Roy; and seven brothers, Gary, Ricky, Scott, Daniel, Timothy, Andy and wife Rhonda, and Nickolas and wife Rita Brown, all of Thibodaux.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elizabeth Robertson Brown and Frank Brown Jr.; and grandparents, Vivian and Welton Robertson Sr., and Cora and Frank Brown Sr.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at Morning Star Baptist Church in Thibodaux with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Morning Star Cemetery #2.

Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
