Destiny was a standout point guard for a Thibodaux High School teem that’s made the postseason for several-straight years – the past two runs coming under new coach Ashley Adams. Destiny is a hard-nosed floor general who has been one of the unquestioned leaders of the team.
STATS:
Destiny is one of the top players in the area in several stats, serving as one of the team leaders in points, steals and assists for Thibodaux High School.
GOALS:
“To always give it my all every time I walk out onto the court to represent my teammates my family and my school.”

Thibodaux High School standout Destiny Batista la something else out there an the basketball floor. A tough, energetic guard Destiny is one of the team leaders on a Thibodaux team which survived a tough Class 5A district, but still made it to the second-round of the playoffs Destiny was one of the key players for the Lady Tigers, leading with her heart, effort and intensity.
