June 15, 2017Eanest “E.J.” Bergeron, 85, a native and resident of Houma, La., died on Saturday, June 3, 2017.
Mr. Bergeron was a family man who loved southern cooking and dancing. He was also a very talented woodworker.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years Joyce Voisin Bergeron; children, Annie (Terry) Berthelot, Dale (Pattie) and Joyle (Lori) Bergeron, Melvina (Ronnie) Smith, Amanda (Steve) Arcenaux and Modez (Timmy) Fonseca; sisters, Winona (Sherrill), Marie, Millie and Margie; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery in Houma.
