Berris “Pops” Joseph Scioneaux Sr., 74, a native of Vacherie, La., and resident of Chackbay, La., died on Tuesday, July 5, 2016.
Mr. Scioneaux was a caring man who never met a stranger and was known for his sense of humor. He was a huge Saints fan.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Scioneaux; sons, Berris Jr. and Jason Scioneaux; daughter, Samantha Scioneaux; two granddaughters; and sister, Jackie Breaux.
Burial is at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray.
