Juanita Callegan

Juanita Fields Callegan, 72, a native of Montegut and a resident of Houma, passed away Sunday May 6, 2018.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Avet of Metairie; her son, Anthony Avet and wife, Renee of Richmond, Texas; one sister, Jane Lapeyrouse and husband, Lawrence of Chauvin; one grandson, Ryan Avet of Houma; and two step grandchildren, Carl and Taylor Pellegrin of Richmond, TX.

Juanita had a deep faith in her Lord Savior. She enjoyed baking and helping others. She was a kind soul who will be forever and dearly missed, always loved and never forgotten.
