Ella Mae Baudoin Bernard, 93, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Gray, La., died peacefully at her home Sunday, May 3, 2015.
Mrs. Bernard and her husband of 75 years built a successful cane syrup mill business. She was a homemaker who lived a happy, blessed life.
She is survived by her husband, Leonard Bernard Sr.; daughters, Kathryn (Gene) Champagne, Carolyn (Lacy) Brown and Elaine Benoit; son, Leonard (Connie) Bernard Jr.; sister, Miriam Hartman; brothers, Conrad, Teddy, Melvyn and Kearnie Baudoin; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 24 great-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-great-grandchildren.

Burial is at St. Bridget Cemetery.
