Aubrey Guidry

Aubrey Joseph Guidry, 81, a native of Arnaudville, La., and resident of Chauvin, La., died at 6:35 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2016.

Mr. Guidry was a parishioner of St. Joseph

Catholic Church. He was also the co-founder and former owner of LL&G Construction. He enjoyed the outdoors, cooking, sports and spending time with loved ones.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Jane LeCompte Guidry; sons, Cyrus (Mary) and Byron (Stephanie) Guidry; daughter, Tracy (Louie) Cormier; brother, Cecil (Priscilla) Guidry Sr.; sisters, Rose Adams and Evelyn Scrantz; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Burial is at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery in Chauvin.
