Michelle Ann Songe, 37, a native of Lockport, La., and resident of Gray, La., died Monday, Oct. 12, 2015.
Mrs. Songe was a member of Living Word Church, and as a registered nurse, she was a kind, helpful and caring person who consoled other cancer patients even through her own illness.
Mrs. Songe is survived by her husband, Cory Songe; parents, Doyt and Geraldine “Jeannie” Janes; brothers, Doyt (Tracy) Janes and Kevin (Michelle) Janes; sister, Angelia (Chris) Trahan; and sisters-in-law, Carrie (Eddie) Albert and Cathy (Jerry) Crochet.
Burial is at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
