Nicholas Charles Antoine Jr., 72, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013.
Mr. Antoine was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 8840, AARP Chapter 4585, St. Bernard Jaycees and was a volunteer at the Raceland Food Bank.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Antoine; niece, Darly Oser; and nephews, Bernard, David and Dean Oser.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas Sr. and Edna Antoine; and sister, Edna Oser.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Mathews, La., with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. A second visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home in Chalmette, La., with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at St. Bernard Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum in Chalmette. (Falgout)
