Viola Normand

Viola Price Eschete Normand, 92, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 6:15 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010.

Ms. Normand was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Church.

She is survived by her sons, Earl (Rose), Warren (Betty), Carroll (Linda), Dennis (Mary), Adrian (Juneada) and Steven (Anna) Eschete; daughters, Shirley (Edmond) Bergeron, Ruby (Robert) Samanie Jr., Claudia (Royce) LeBoeuf and Sandra (David) Harwell; 34 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, Sept. 20 at Falgout Funeral Home’s Chapel. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21 at Holy Rosary Church with burial to follow at the church cemetery.
