Peggy Dupuis

Peggy Leger Dupuis, 73, a native of Opelousas, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, March 16, 2015.

Mrs. Dupuis was a nurse in Terrebonne General Medical Center’s recovery room until 1983, when she retired. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was extremely feisty. She enjoyed shopping and gambling at casinos.

She is survived by her children, Debra Voisin and Sondra (fiance James George) Georges; two grandchildren; one great-grandson on the way; sister, Wilda Cosgrove; and brother, Henry (Margaret) Leger.

Interment is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
