Melvin O. Verdin, 67, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Bourg, La., died Sunday, March 15, 2015.
Mrs. Verdin is survived by her daughters, Mary Hotard, Zelma Verdin and Dianne (Lionel Jr.) Lirette; stepdaughter, Ada Chauvin; brothers, Thomas, George (Jackie) and Steve (Elaine) Verdin; and 11 grandchildren.
