Jacob Kraus

Jacob “D.J. Heavy” Kraus, 37, a resident of Houma, La., died on Sunday, January 15, 2017.

Mr. Kraus worked at Southland Steel and Supply with his father. He was known as D.J. Heavy to many and was a member of the Southside Maniacs Motorcycle Club.

He is survived by his parents, Jim and Sue Kraus; children, Zoya, Sele and Rami Kraus and their mother, Kristie Lrette; sister, Julie (Jeremy) Clement; and grandmother, Anna Rose Kraus.

Burial is at St. Ann Catholic Church in Bourg.
