Sheila Theriot

Sheila Chaisson Theriot, 65, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.

Mrs. Theriot was a member of the Lafourche First District No. 1 Volunteer Fire Department. She was also a church lecturer, Eucharistic minister and religion teacher. She enjoyed the time she spent with the Red Hat Ladies.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Theriot; children, Robert (Bridget) and William (Stacey) Theriot; siblings, Charles, Anna, Angela, Autry, Timothy, Joseph, Patricia, Carlton, Marjorie and Wenona; and four grandchildren.

Burial is at St. Eloi Catholic Church Cemetery in Theriot.
