Carolyn M. Larousse, 55, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Tuesday, February 17.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Keith “Chiquita” Larousse; father, Loveless Melancon; daughters, Myra Larousse and husband Billy Duet, Mary Larousse and husband Fredrick Cortez Jr., and Clarissa “Risa” Larousse and companion Reggie Orgeron; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Una Mae Melancon.
She was a homemaker and a Christian.
A graveside service was held at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church Cemetery.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
