Lauren is a year-round performer at Terrebonne High School. In fall, she competes on the Lady Tigers’ volleyball team. In winter and early spring, she is a girls’ basketball player. In spring, she is a track and field contributor.
Favorite sport and why?
My favorite sport is volleyball because it is very competitive and it is fast-paced.
What is the best thing about being a student-athlete?
To me, it would be being able to connect and compete with my teammates
Favorite opponent and why?
Probably Assumption. Even though we may not have won all our games against them, we have to work our hardest and play together as a team against them.

Chick Fil-A.
What does Lauren Bergeron want to be when she grows up?
An engineer.
Favorite athlete?
Bethany Hamilton.
Credentials:
Terrebonne has one of the best volleyball programs in the Houma-Thibodaux area — a squad that almost always makes a run to the playoffs. Lauren Bergeron is one of the big pieces to that program’s future. A rising sophomore setter, Lauren is expected to see time next season at the varsity level. When not on the volleyball floor, Lauren is also a contributor to the school’s girls’ basketball and track teams. Lauren is a music lover who said she loves all genres the same.
