David John Muilenburg, 58, a native of LaSalle, Ill., and resident of Houma, La., died Friday, Oct. 5, 2012.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Muilenburg; daughter, Mary Muilenburg; sons, David (Monet) and Thomas Muilenburg; brothers, Mark (Dianne), Michael (Pam) and Dale Muilenburg; sisters, JoAnn Muilenburg, Jill (Joe) Kowalczyk, Janice Cassiday and Jaci (Brad) Rathburn; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mervin Muilenburg. (Samart)
