Donald Joseph “Big Boy” Giroir, 77, a native and resident of Big Bayou Black, La., died at 9:56 a.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2016.
Mr. Giroir was a parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church. He retired in 1995 from Transco Gas Pipeline. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, playing cards and camping with family and friends.
He is survived by his son, Timothy (Angela) Giroir; daughters, Janine Deroche, Janifer (David) Domangue and Cindy (Dale) Olivier; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Anthony Catholic Church Cemetery in Bayou Black.
